Information Online
Didrex
(BENZPHETAMINE) Uses:

Didrex is an
appetite suppressant used along with diet, exercise and behavior therapy
for the short-term management of obesity.
Each Didrex tablet,
for oral administration, contains 50mg of benzphetamine hydrochloride.
Drugs of this class used in obesity are commonly known as "anorectics"
or "anorexigenics".
It has not been established, however, that the action of such drugs in
treating obesity is primarily one of appetite suppression. Other central
nervous system actions, or metabolic effects, may be involved.
Didrex when taken as directed is a useful tool in weight loss.
